Postpartum Doula

MamaDoula Support believes that the postpartum period, 3 months after the baby’s birth, should be considered the 4th trimester. This is just as crucial as the three other trimesters, for both mother and baby. Postpartum support is of the utmost importance to the mother’s emotional and physical recovery.
